Who are we?

Postgraduate-qualified nutritionists who plan every meal as if for their own child.

We are a group of highly qualified nutritionists and dietitians, trained in paediatric nutrition and in dietary nutrition for medical conditions. Every one of us holds a postgraduate qualification and has at least four years of clinical practice. That is the experience behind each plan we sign.

Our team is recognised by NABH and IDA India.

Who is on the team

Four kinds of people work on your child's plan. Each has a clear job, and a senior nutritionist is always accountable for what you receive.

Senior paediatric nutritionists

Lead the clinical work. They read every plan, write the reasoning and sign it before it reaches a family.

Clinical and therapeutic dietitians

Handle children with diabetes, thyroid disorders, anaemia, allergies and weight problems, alongside the treating doctor.

Nutritionists

Prepare plans, answer parents and review growth, always under a senior nutritionist who signs the final plan.

School and care team

Works with school coordinators on menus, class-level reports and parent sessions, without ever seeing a child’s health data.

Qualifications and experience

In India, clinical dietetics starts with a postgraduate degree in nutrition or dietetics. We add years of supervised practice on top, in two fields that rarely sit together: how children grow, and how food works as part of treatment.

Postgraduate in nutrition and dietetics

An MSc in Food and Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics, or a PG Diploma in Dietetics, from a recognised Indian university. This is the academic base for every plan we write.

Years in clinical practice, not just in class

Each of us has at least four years of practice assessing real patients, writing diets and reviewing how they worked. Children and adults, routine cases and hard ones.

Paediatric nutrition

Growth and development from childhood through the teenage growth spurt, and how appetite, school routine, allergies and family food shape what a child actually eats.

Dietary and therapeutic nutrition

Diet as part of treatment for diabetes, thyroid disorders, PCOS, reflux, anaemia and weight problems, always alongside the treating doctor.

What we know well

Paediatric nutrition

  • Growth assessment with WHO growth references and z-scores
  • The 11 to 16 growth spurt: iron, calcium, vitamin D and protein
  • Picky and selective eaters, skipped breakfasts, junk-food habits
  • Underweight, overweight and obesity in children
  • Food allergies and intolerances, planned around, not just noted
  • School-day, exam-time and sports-day meal planning

Dietary and clinical nutrition

  • Type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and early blood-sugar changes
  • Thyroid disorders and PCOS in girls and teenagers
  • Acid reflux, constipation and other gut conditions
  • Iron-deficiency anaemia and other nutrient gaps
  • Malnutrition and unhealthy weight loss or gain
  • Reading lab reports and turning them into a food plan

How we work with your family

  1. Step 1

    We read the whole intake

Growth, medical history, allergies, lab reports and what your child already eats. A nutritionist reads it, not a form-checker.

  2. Step 2

We build the plan from your kitchen

You tick the dishes your family already cooks. We turn them into a day-by-day routine with portions, timings and water.

  3. Step 3

    A senior nutritionist signs it

Every plan carries written clinical reasoning and is signed by a senior nutritionist before you see it. Nothing is sent unsigned.

  4. Step 4

You get tomorrow’s menu at 7 PM

Each meal with its time and quantity, and a one-tap way to say it was eaten, partly eaten or refused.

  5. Step 5

We review and adjust as your child grows

Portions and foods change with height, weight and what the feedback shows. Warning signs are escalated to you and your doctor, not left in a chart.

Our standards

Evidence we work to

WHO growth references for growth checks and the ICMR-NIN 2020 recommended dietary allowances for Indian children. Food comes first; we do not sell supplements.

Alongside your doctor

We support your child’s paediatrician and never replace them. For a diagnosed condition we work with the medicines and advice they have already given.

Your child’s privacy

The nutritionist sees an anonymous ID, not your child’s name, school or your contact details. Everything is handled under India’s DPDP Act, 2023.

What we do not do

  • Promise a cure or a guaranteed result
  • Diagnose a medical condition or change prescribed medicines
  • Publish before-and-after photos or weights of children
  • Sell supplements or push a product

Recognition

Registration numbers belong to each practitioner and are not published, to protect their licences. Schools and parents can ask us to verify a registration in writing.

IDA India

Our nutritionists hold professional registration with the Indian Dietetic Association, the national body for dietitians in India.

NABH

Our clinicians are recognised through NABH-accredited clinical practice, which sets the bar for patient safety, record keeping and care.
