Terms & conditions
The agreement between you and Alpha Food & Nutrition when you use this service.
Last updated 6 October 2026
The service
We provide nutrition planning for children aged 11 to 16: an intake, a consultation with a professional nutritionist or dietitian, a signed meal chart, and a daily menu for the length of your plan.
This is general wellness and dietary guidance. It is not emergency care and does not replace your paediatrician. If your child is unwell, contact your nutritionist or local emergency services.
Your account
You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child you register, and at least 18 years old.
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Tell us about allergies, conditions and medicines accurately and keep them up to date. A plan can only be as safe as the information it is built on.
Plans and changes
Every meal chart is reviewed and signed by a clinician before it reaches you. You can ask for a change at any time from the Meals page; the clinician decides whether and how to change the chart.
We may pause a plan if we believe following it could harm your child, and we will tell you why.
Payments
Plan fees are shown before you pay. All fees are non-refundable — see the Refund policy for the details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access another family’s data, or share clinician content publicly as your own.
Liability
We take reasonable care in every plan. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for outcomes caused by information that was missing or wrong, or by not following the plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
