How it works · Step 1 · Intake
Tell us about your child in ten minutes.
Sign up with your email, confirm the code we send, then add your child. The intake is free and saves as you go.
- Child details
- Name, date of birth, school and class, height and weight. Optionally the school ID card so the school can be recorded correctly.
- Health and history
- Any diagnosis, medicines, allergies and intolerances, recent blood tests, periods for girls, sleep and activity.
- Food habits
- What the child eats now, what they refuse, vegetarian or not, and the family’s regional cuisine.
- Consent
- You agree to how the data is used. You can withdraw consent or ask for deletion at any time from your portal.
