How you see, correct, or delete your family's data, and how we protect it.

Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you and your child, correct anything that is wrong, withdraw consent, or have your family’s data deleted. These follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
How to make a request
Sign in and open Data in your account. Choose access, correction or deletion. Every request gets a deadline and is visible to the clinic team straight away; you can see its status on the same page.
What deletion removes
Your child's profile, intake answers, meal charts, menus, feedback and consultation notes are removed. A minimal record of payments and of the deletion itself is kept only where the law requires it.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled per role at the database level, so a parent can only ever read their own family, and a nutritionist only the children assigned to them. Important actions are written to an audit log.
Children's data
We never collect a child's data without a parent's consent, never contact the child directly, and never use their data for advertising or profiling.
